A late dear friend of mine loved to talk about his “Attitude of Gratitude.” He was one of those people that wherever he walked into a room, it would illuminate. He was a SPARK that ignited the world, one person at a time. And if we are going to have an attitude of gratitude, there is no better time than during the Holidays, where we celebrate the gift of family, friends, health, and business affiliations. 

COVID restrictions have imposed a damper on us all the past couple of years, to the point where the need to focus on what we are grateful for is more important than ever. My same friend, who was retired at the time, would say also, “Every day is Saturday to me.” He was one of the happiest people I’ve ever known and beloved by all. 

That’s where gratitude factors into having a joy filled life. Basically, you don’t have to wait for the sun, moon, and stars to align before you can be grateful. You can maintain an attitude of gratitude every minute of every day. At Globalstar, we don’t wait for external events such as the Holidays to conjure up a grateful frame of mind. We work hard at maintaining a strong sense of gratitude all year round.

Life is short so don’t waste it fretting about things that are out of your control. Show up as that exceptional person who glows with a deeper sense of gratitude that others naturally gravitate toward. And don’t set the bar so high that happiness is unattainable.
